You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must be legally able to place orders and make payments.

3. Orders & Payments

Prices, fees, and availability may change without prior notice.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; confirmation depends on restaurant/store acceptance and delivery availability.
Payment methods shown at checkout are accepted. Some payments are cash on delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, restaurant preparation, or order volume.
Please provide a correct address and reachable phone number.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Return Policy. Perishable food items generally cannot be returned after delivery unless there is a confirmed quality/order issue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, abuse promotions, or submit false information.

7. Advertising

Hero Food may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob in apps). Ads are provided by third parties and are subject to their own policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on Hero Food are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hero Food is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or issues outside our reasonable control. Restaurant/store partners remain responsible for food quality and preparation.
